Ilford vs Kodak for outdoor landscapes
Genuinely torn between HP5 and TMax 400 for the Black Mountain shoots. HP5 feels more forgiving but TMax seems sharper. What do people use?
I shoot almost everything on HP5 because I can mess up the exposure by two stops and still get a printable negative.
Delta 400 is worth trying if you like TMax but want a bit more shadow detail in high-contrast light.
HP5 for handheld general shooting, TMax for tripod work where I can control exposure more precisely.
